Passionate about unique objects and the art of personalization, we created Le Petit Flambeur to offer much more than just a lighter. We offer personalized lighters , carefully engraved, which become symbolic objects, memorable gifts or everyday accessories with a strong style.

Whether you're giving as a gift, collecting, or simply treating yourself, our products combine quality , durability , and originality . We select top-brand lighters (including authentic Zippo®) and add a custom engraving : text, logo, symbol, etc. Each piece is unique, just like you.

2. Purpose

The personalized lighters offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The images are not contractually binding. As each product is personalized upon request, slight variations may occur.

4. Order

The customer selects the product, the customization, then validates his order after accepting the T&Cs.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.

Le Petit Flambeur reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem or inappropriate personalization content.

5. Personalization

The client is entirely responsible for the content they submit (text, logo, symbol, etc.). No illegal, discriminatory, or copyrighted content will be accepted.

No changes can be made once the order has been validated.

6. Price and payment

Prices are indicated in euros including tax (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card, PayPal or other secure methods offered on the site.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped to mainland France (and internationally if specified).

Average production and delivery times are indicated on the product page.

Le Petit Flambeur cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made according to the consumer's specifications.

9. Complaints and Customer Service

1. Personalized Products - No Returns

Personalized lighters (with engraving, text, logo, etc.) are items made according to the customer's specifications. In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , these products are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the event of a proven product defect or error on our part.

2. Non-personalized products

For non-personalized products, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Defective products or ordering error

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us at lepetitflambeur@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt , with a supporting photo. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return procedure

For any return requests, please contact us in advance by email. No returns will be accepted without prior validation.

The return address will be communicated to you after acceptance of the request.

5. Reimbursement period

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Deliveries are made to mainland France and certain European countries.

• Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
• European Union : 4 to 8 working days
• International : depending on the destination country (from 7 working days)

These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the period (holidays, busy periods, etc.).

3. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering and vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package in real time.

5. Delivery problems

In the event of an abnormal delay or if the package is not received within the announced timeframe, please contact us at lepetitflambeur@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Incorrect address or unclaimed package
